Now that the dust has settled and a miracle has happened, Nedra and I wanted to say thank you a million times over. If it hadn't been for your dedication and determination to cross the T’s and dot the I’s, this could have never happened. You made us laugh at difficult times and gave us the heads-up when needed. You truly looked out for us, the seller, and gained a few gray hairs along the way. Because of your professionalism and competence at your job, you made it happen. We are now set up and enjoying this house and it seems like it was meant for us. You can bet that we will sing your praises for many years to come and highly recommend anyone looking for a house to pursue your skills. If we ever see a pink helmet going down the highway, our arms will be out the window to wave (no extended appendix either in case you were wondering)!
